All projects go through the four phases of development:
Through the gathering phase, we set our clients up with a community account. We use the information to register our clients to our collaborative tools, complete a brand assessment form to set up a basic project outline, research your market, and set up a time to consult the best business development services for you.
We meet in our creative studio at the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI Annex) located at 720 Bathurst St. There, we flesh out the details and the philosophy of your project from its foundation up, and finish with a detailed project outline and concepts to present.
A tree grows its roots as deep as it needs to be tall. We believe that success is 99% planning and 1% execution. Once the blueprint is sound, we start with the foundation, and with a solid foundation, the plan executes itself.
We set up a beta version of your project to test and take this time to tweak the settings according to your business’ needs. Afterward, we launch it in accordance with the project outline. We also provide you with the necessary training, support, and documentation.
Once we agree on the direction, we’ll continue with phase three of your design. This includes the second and final payment (40% outstanding).
We value our work and want our products to deliver. Even after the project is completed, we monitor, tweak to improve and provide your project with critical updates – sometimes bringing it back to Phase 3 and Phase 4 for 30 days after the Beta launch. We provide you with extensive access to resources including, Slack, workshops, tutorials, event invites, and documents to help you maintain your project.
We value our products and our services, we work with industry-leading programs to ensure sufficient documentation and we provide customers with ongoing tech support through the launch of the project. This includes training, tutorials, and how-to videos, as well as mission-critical updates.

The following terms and conditions apply to all website design & development services provided by FMiMBranding.com to the client. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Commencement of Work
Payment of the initial deposit will be considered an acceptance of the contract for work.
To remain efficient we must ensure that work we have programmed is carried out at the scheduled time. This is why we ask that you provide all the required information in advance, so we would be able to be in sync with the milestones detailed in this document.
Client agrees to reimburse FMiMBranding.com for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be custom photography, content creation, purchases of special fonts or stock photography etc.
Training & Support
Upon delivery, FMiMBranding.com will organise a training session with anyone who needs to use the website. During the session, all participants will learn how to update pages, upload content and make any basic changes to the website.
Domain Names & Hosting
Note that FMiMBranding.com does not offer hosting ourselves, but we do host with third parties. While the third party is chosen based on a trusting and successful relationship in the past, _______ is not responsible for any shortcomings or errors that may occur on the part of the third parties.
FMiMBranding.com may purchase domain names on behalf of the client. Payment and renewal of these domain names is the responsibility of the client. The loss, cancellation or otherwise of the domain brought about by non or late payment is not the responsibility of FMiMBranding.com
The client should a record of the due dates of payment to ensure that payment is received in good time.
The client will gain the total ownership of the finished, assembled web pages, templates, graphics, logos, branding, artwork, marketing copy, source code and instructional material produced by _______
FMiMBranding.com makes every effort to ensure websites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors. Websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 8 & 9). Client agrees that FMiMBranding.com cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems. FMiMBranding.com cannot accept responsibility for web pages which do not display acceptably in new version of browsers released after the website have been designed and handled over to the client. As such, FMiMBranding.com reserves the right to quote for any work involved in in changing the website design or code for it to work with updated browser software.
Liability & Warranty
FMiMBranding.com liability will be limited to the cost of supply for this work. FMiMBranding.com is not responsible for any indirect losses. Once a client has agreed to a look and feel proof and instructed FMiMBranding.com to proceed to develop, any subsequent changes in style or design requested by the client will be charged for at the appropriate hourly rate starting at a minimum of 3 hours. We offer a 30-day post-launch bug fixing warranty at no charge.
Termination of contract
The contracting party will not have the right to cancel this contract after the project has commenced. If, after commencing the project, the contracting party decide not to continue with project development, then the contracting party is obliged to pay the total amount of work that has been completed up to the day of cancellation based on FMiMBranding.com hourly rate.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the Laws of Ontario Canada.
